We have 2 delivery methods:
Products in green showing the stock levels: 1-2 business days delivery time. (Products available next day can be seen in our category “Available Next Day Delivery” in our home page)
Products in red are available: 5-10 business days after placing your order (back orders can be seen at check out)
Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times. And we also don’t ship on weekends.

We have a flat £7.00 fee for all deliveries within the UK.

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the delivery charge, unless we sent you the wrong product or a faulty one.
If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
All products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging – Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the postage to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes.
Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
How to return a product
Send us an email to: email@example.com with all the details of your purchase (name, phone number, address, email address, order number) and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.
As soon as we track your order, we will send you a link with the label(s) to return your item(s) and further instructions.
Once we receive the item(s), we will check the condition and issue a refund in the next 48 hrs.
Please keep in mind the following:
Non-faulty items returned after 30 days in their original, undamaged packaging can only be exchanged for store credit.
Items returned within 30 days but not in their original and undamaged packaging will also incur a -15% charge per package.
We can not refund delivery/post charges unless we sent the wrong item or a faulty one.

IMPORTANT: We need to be able to identify an item with your order. We can only do this if you follow our returns process. Please do not send us items back that do not follow this process as they cannot be identified properly and will not be replaced or refunded.
What delivery method do I need to use when returning an item?
Send the package from your nearest post office or via the delivery method of your choice. If the value of the items you are returning is more than £50.00, it is recommended that you use a traceable return method.
Returning an item within warranty
If you have a 2 or a 3 year warranty and want to return a faulty item, send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with all your order details and the details of the faulty product and we will contact you back with the arrangements for your replacement.
